Third live album from the Virginia band. The title alludes to the participation of PBS with the recording of the show, which was held at the Continental Airlines Arena on September 11, 1999. PBS, as part of the recording agreement, also produced a broadcast special of the show which was released on VHS & DVD, as well as their own CD version. This version peaked at #15 on the Billboard 200 chart, & was certified double platinum in the United States.
