Second studio album by the new wave rock band from Akron, Ohio. As with their debut, the album contains songs from a backlog written by the band between 1974 & 1977. As far back as December of 1976 the band was performing tracks “Blockhead”, “Clockhead” & “Timing X” as part of their live shows. Opening track “Devo Corporate Anthem” took inspiration from the film Rollerball. The album’s only cover, “Secret Agent Man”, features a different arraignment & alternative lyrics. Charted at 73 on the Billboard 200, & 87 on the Canadian album charts.
