Fourth studio album by the English singer-songwriter. Includes the international hit single “Say Say Say”, a duet with Michael Jackson, & the title track, which was the a-side single to b-side track “So Bad” in the UK. In the US this order was reversed, “So Bad” was the a-side single, with “Pipes of Peace” on the b-side. The track “Tug of Peace” is a reference to McCarthy’s previous album Tug Of War, & a few of the songs from both albums were recorded at the same sessions. The album reached 15 on the Billboard 200, doing slightly better in Canada where it hit ten on the album charts, & in both countries the album is certified platinum.
