Second solo album for the Canadian artist, named for the Storyville area of New Orleans, Louisiana, which was a red-light district & the homeland of jazz music. Includes a number of guest musicians & vocalists, including fellow The Band members Garth Hudson & Rick Danko. Neil Young makes an appearance, as does Bruce Hornsby. Reached 69 on the Billboard 200, & 9 on the Top Album chart in Canada. Nominated for the Grammy for Best Rock Vocal Performance.
