Seventh studio album by the band from North Delta, British Columbia. As with their previous album has a more pop-influenced sound, due to lead singer and songwriter Tyler Connolly learning to play (and write songs on) the piano. Perhaps not coincidentally it’s also the second album where the band is simply credited as “Theory” on the cover. Single “History of Violence” topped the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart in the US, their fourth single to do so, as well as appearing on the Canada Rock chart & Hot Rock songs.
