14th studio album from the English performer. It was his 21st album overall, & released when he was 33 years old, hence the name. Lead single “Little Jeannie” peaked at 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, & number 1 on the Canadian Singles charts. The album itself peaked at 13 on the Billboard 200 chart. Guest musicians on the album included Glenn Frey & Don Henley of the Eagles, as well as David Paich & Steve Lukather of Toto. Canadian record producer David Foster provided the string arrangements for the closing track. The album was certified platinum in Australia, & gold in both the US & Canada.
